On November 29, BitSong underwent a chain upgrade that introduced a critical error affecting some of our users. Specifically, a few validators and delegators have been unable to withdraw rewards or calculate specific token balances correctly.
After an extensive period of debugging and investigation, we identified the root cause of the issue. We want to assure you that we have already prepared the necessary update to resolve this problem and have outlined a clear roadmap for its implementation.
